(BSC Certificate Agent, BSC Certificate Provider in India, ECTN Certificate Agent, ECTN Certificate Provider in India, BSC / ECTN for Mali, BSC / ECTN Certificate Provider, ECTN Certificate for Bomako, BSC Certificate for Bomako)
Mali is a landlocked country in West Africa. It is the eighth-largest country in Africa, with an area of over 1,240,000 square kilometer. The population of Mali is 21.9 million. Its capital and largest city is Bamako. The sovereign state of Mali consists of eight regions and its borders on the north reach deep into the middle of the Sahara Desert. The country’s southern part is in the Sudanian savanna, where the majority of inhabitants live, and both the Niger and Senegal rivers pass through.
Mali customs implemented the BSC regulation in 2005. BSC must be obtained for all shipments to Mali.
Since Mali is a land locked country, all shipments will move via transit ports. It is not necessary to obtain BSC certificate of transit countries. Mali BSC alone is sufficient.
BSC stands for Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons, which in English means Cargo Tracking Note.
The certificate contains information and details about the exporter, the importer, the value of the goods, the amount of the goods, the vessel name, etc.
It needs to be obtained 5 days before cargo arrival to Mali.

The penalty in the form of significant regulation charge determined by the Mali Customs Officials is imposed to the cargo owner.

Cargo will not be cleared till the time the certificate is produced.
